Your company’s practice stays private.

An account and verified login are required to open the training workspace. Reps can access their own sessions; company managers and the owner can review company sessions and add feedback.

Practice recordings and coaching

Practice calls use fictional sellers. A recording notice appears before each call. Available recordings are retained for 30 days; transcripts and assessments for 90 days. Third-party voice, AI, hosting, authentication, and storage services help deliver the app.

Website measurement

We use a random browser-session identifier and limited campaign labels to count landing visits and trial clicks. Verified company signups and first connected calls are recorded by the server. Marketing event records are retained for 90 days. Rate limiting uses a short-lived, one-way keyed identifier derived from the network address; the address itself is not stored in the marketing tables.

We do not send passwords, authentication links, or practice transcripts into marketing tracking. Your browser may block session storage or measurement without preventing registration.
