Using your workspace

ReadySetOffer.ai Inc provides AI practice and coaching for real estate acquisition teams. Use an accurate account identity, keep your login secure, and access only workspaces and sessions you are authorized to use. Workspace owners manage their company’s membership and billing.

Fictional practice and AI feedback

Sellers, properties, prices and practice conversations are fictional training examples. They are not real offers or professional legal, financial or real estate advice. AI feedback may be incomplete or incorrect. Managers can review and correct feedback and decide readiness; the app does not automatically certify representatives. Do not submit real seller personal information or confidential documents in practice calls.

Your free trial

New verified companies receive 20 shared practice minutes and up to five active seats, usable within 14 days of account signup. No credit card is required. Verification, onboarding, login and practice do not restart or extend the window. The trial does not automatically become a paid subscription. Current call availability is shown before signup and inside the app; the trial window continues while calls are temporarily unavailable.

Plans, minutes and billing

Published monthly plans are Solo: $49 CAD for one seat and 60 minutes; Team: $149 CAD for five seats and 300 minutes; Growth: $399 CAD for fifteen seats and 1,000 minutes. Prices are before applicable taxes. All active owners, managers and reps count toward the seat limit. Allowances are shared within the workspace.

Monthly minutes expire at the end of the paid billing period. A $49 CAD top-up adds 100 minutes, expires 12 months after purchase and adds no seats. Eligible trial seconds are consumed first, then monthly seconds, then top-ups by earliest expiry. There are no automatic overage charges. Purchases are available only when enabled and confirmed through checkout.

Cancellation and retained access

The workspace owner can cancel renewal at period end through the billing portal. Cancellation preserves access through the paid period and does not erase unexpired top-ups or retained session history. Without an active plan or trial, one owner seat can use unexpired top-ups. Plan switching is unavailable during an existing paid period. Contact support with payment or refund questions; these terms do not remove rights required by applicable law.

Recording, privacy and availability

Practice calls are recorded with a notice before each call. Available recordings are retained for 30 days; transcripts and assessments for 90 days. Reps see their own sessions, and their company’s managers and owner can review company sessions. See our Privacy & data page for more information. Service availability can change; the app shows when new calls cannot start. Failed connections use no practice minutes. Coaching retries, playback and downloads do not use practice minutes.
